I’ve lived at Arsenal for a few years now and I’ve been so happy with my decision to move here. I’m not originally from Pittsburgh, so it was important to find a place I feel safe and happy with. The amenities, staff, management, maintenance, and neighbors have all been excellent. Everything is so close and I love that, whether it’s a walk or drive away. Lawrenceville is a great place to live and I’m so happy with my choice living at Arsenal!

The apartments are very clean and modern with a nice vibe! The staff are super friendly and accommodating with prompt communication regarding most issues you might encounter as a resident. Overall the apartments plus the amenities make for a great place to stay in Lawrenceville. Special shout out to the maintenance staff here! The emergency maintenance service has been fantastic from my experience. Rich and another fellow have stopped by multiple times in the late evenings to help me when my door lock batteries have run low. They’re willing to stop what they’re doing and come out late on weekends and weekdays to help and I find that super admirable.

Highly recommend Arsenal 201 Apartments. The staff was extremely helpful during the leasing and move-in process, always answering many questions by phone or email. The apartments themselves are high-end and include an excellent range of amenities. All of the little details in units and in the community have been thought of, and it makes for an excellent tenant experience.

I’ve been living here for over two years, and from the moment Rhiannon showed me around—she made apartment hunting feel welcoming and stress‑free—I knew I’d found home. When my AC decided to take a break last night, Maddy jumped on it right away and had everything back to cool by the time I got back from work. Talk about timely handling of issues! The apartments themselves are fantastic, with modern, sleek finishes throughout and an in‑unit washer and dryer so laundry day is a breeze. The community here is fantastic—great people, great management, and fun social events every week (dog‑friendly happy hours, taco nights, you name it). This place is beautiful, it has so much to offer. Nice structure. New buildings with a lot of history, even the storyline behind, the truth of what happened in Pittsburgh at this very site is mind blowing. Affordable housing is available, would be a great place to live.

I love Arsenal coz of the community. The convience of the location for me, the lil small town vibe but still hippy, and having to walk 10ft to Starbucks is a steal, even though our lounge has good coffee. I love the bi-weekly social gatherings the management comes up with to help us socialize, so I know most of my neighbors by face lol. For me, Arsenal is place, feels like home

Firstly, I would like to say that Bri and Rhiannon are so welcoming and supportive! They are so helpful and they answer my questions promptly and with so much consideration. Additionally, I recently had a plumbing issue in my bathroom sink and Perry and Rich from the maintenance team were so respectful when they entered my apartment and I appreciated that they explained what the problem was with the plumbing and the steps that they took to fix it. Overall, my experience with the Arsenal201 team has been amazing!

I met the leasing staff when I moved in and they were very welcoming and easy to work with. It was a smooth transition when I moved into Arsenal 201. Briana was very helpful with reaching out to QuantumFiber when I was having internet problems and were able to be resolved in a relatively quick manner. I have been here for 2 months and it has been a very nice place to live at.

The good: - Apartments are new and clean. Everything just works. - The handful of times it hasn't (for minor things like clogged drains), maintenance is very responsive. They usually show up in <24 hours to fix things. - I get a nice view of the pool and distant hills, although your mileage may vary. - The neighborhood is very walkable and safe, with people jogging or walking their dogs, etc. till late. I'm docking a star for the following reasons: - Noise. If you're facing the pool and like to open your windows, be prepared for light music and noise from crowds every single weekend in the summer. The pool is supposed to close by 10 pm, but I've heard groups of people in there at 11+ pm multiple times. There is also a rooftop bar at the Tryp hotel opposite, which hosts loud parties/concerts in weekend evenings throughout the summer. Oh, and I haven't mentioned the train horns and people revving their cars on the 40th St bridge at random points in the day. - WiFi is expensive ($60/month), and goes down about
